Few sectors experience change as continuously—or as unforgivingly—as aviation. Jordan’s career has been spent helping organizations navigate that change.

Over four decades, he has led and advised airlines, governments, investors and international institutions through restructuring, turnarounds, market creation and corporate transformation, privatisations, strategic partnerships, and capital raising.

His experience extends across both passenger and cargo airlines and airports and ground handling companies and spans every major aviation business model—from flag carriers to LCCs, from private start-ups, to publicly listed companies and state-owned enterprises.

This breadth of experience led to leadership roles including CEO & Chairman of Olympic Airways, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SkyEurope Airlines AG, and Board Member of TCR Group. His advisory practice includes senior roles with SH&E/ ICF, InterVistas of Royal Haskoning and Korn Ferry organizational consulting.
Representative recent engagements concluded are Jeddah and Riyadh airports of Saudi Arabia, Saudia Airlines, Saudia Cargo; Prior assignments include Vinci airports, Fraport-Greece, DP World as well as the EBRD, Infrastructure Funds, the International Finance Corporation, the World Bank and EBRD.

Throughout his career, Jordan has operated at the intersection of strategy, operations and organizational change, helping stakeholders reconcile commercial, regulatory, labor and political priorities while delivering sustainable outcomes.

Today, his focus extends to the next chapter of aviation: Advanced Air Mobility, hybrid-electric aircraft and their immense potential for new regional connectivity models, especially enabling air mobility to insular, hard to reach or infrastructure limited destinations.
