The experience features a high-traffic Exhibition Area where exhibitors can showcase their products and services. All attendees will pass through this space multiple times throughout the day, as it serves as the main access point to the ballroom.

- 2 conference registrations are included in booth fee per booth space when you book and pay the latest 3 months prior to the conference start (by June 25, 2026) and if done after this deadline then 1 conference registration will be included and the 2nd registration with a 50% discount (from June 26, 2026, and beyond)
- Exhibitor Manual will be given once they are ready to be shared.
