By accepting your registration, you agree to include your name in our APP database. The only information that will be reflected will be your company name and your first and last name. Please note that by registering
for the ACI LAC/ WORLD Annual Assembly, Conference and Exhibition 2026 (the “Event”), you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information, including but not limited to your name, contact details, and job title, for the purpose
of facilitating your involvement in the Event. This information may be shared with Event partners and sponsors, such as coordinators, service providers, and other third parties who are directly supporting the Event. Please note that they may be located
outside the jurisdiction of your location and, therefore, your personal information may be transferred to other jurisdictions than your own. ACI will store such personal information securely and will only keep them for as long as they are needed for the
purposes indicated herein.
You understand and agree that if you do not consent to ACI sharing your personal information with event partners and sponsors, you cannot register to and/or attend the Event. Please note that under applicable law, you
have certain rights pertaining to the personal information that ACI holds about you, which may include the right to request access to such personal information and the right to withdraw your consent. If you wish to exercise any such rights, please contact
the person in charge of the protection of personal information at ACI in writing at [email protected]

Please note that photographs and/or film footage will be taken at the ACI LAC/ WORLD Annual Assembly, Conference and Exhibition 2026 (the "Event"). By registering to the Event, you consent to being photographed and/or
filmed by ACI at the Event and for ACI to use any such photographs and/or recordings for promotional and marketing purposes on any media or platforms, including but not limited to, advertising on social media. ACI may retain the services of third parties
to photograph and/or film the Event, and to assist it with its marketing and promotional activities. ACI will share the photographs and/or videos with such third parties, and to its employees and service providers who need them to carry out their functions,
including ACI's data hosting service provider and social media platforms. Please note that they may be located outside the jurisdiction of your location and, therefore, your personal information may be transferred to other jurisdictions than your own. ACI will
store such photographs and videos securely and will only keep them for as long as they are needed for the purposes indicated herein.
You understand and agree that if you do not consent to ACI taking photographs and recording your image, voice, or
likeness, or to ACI using and sharing such photographs and videos for the purposes stated herein, you cannot register to and/or attend the Event. Please note that under applicable law, you have certain rights pertaining to the personal information that ACI

Method of Payment
Your registration may be transferred to another person at no charge, subject to writing notification to ACI-LAC, at least two weeks prior to the event.
