It draws on international guidance from ICAO and ACI. Participants will learn how to: - Apply the building-block approach, including operating expenditure, depreciation, the Regulatory Asset Base (RAB) and the weighted average cost of capital (WACC), to determine an airport’s required aeronautical revenue. - Use traffic forecasts for business planning and setting airport charges. - Allocate costs across airport services, calculate yield per passenger and design individual tariffs. - Compare single-till, dual-till and hybrid-till frameworks and assess their financial and regulatory implications from different stakeholder perspectives.
