Paula Daroca
VP Business Growth Latin America and Caribbean — Airbus
Paula Daroca Arcas is Vice President of International Business Growth for Airbus Latin America and the Caribbean. Appointed to the role in 2025, she drives public affairs, industrial cooperation, and corporate governance across all Airbus divisions—Commercial Aircraft, Helicopters, and Defence and Space—while actively supporting the company\'s decarbonization ambitions.
Over a two-decade career at Airbus starting in 2004, Paula has built deep expertise across sales, contract negotiation, and customer liaison, including contributing to the A380 and A400M programs. Most recently, she served as Head of Business Transformation at Airbus Corporate Jets (ACJ), where she also held key sustainability leadership roles as ACJ Sustainability Officer and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Ambassador.
Spanish-born and based in Miami, Paula holds dual Master’s degrees in Engineering from top institutions in Madrid and Toulouse. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
