Cyril Girot has been CEO of AERODOM since April 2026, bringing more than a decade of experience in the transportation and airport sectors, as well as extensive experience within the VINCI Group.
Prior to joining AERODOM, he served as CEO of Cambodia Airports, overseeing the operations and development of the international airports of Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville. Previously, he was President and CEO of Nantes and Saint-Nazaire Airports in France, where he led operations through the COVID-19 crisis and the subsequent recovery of air traffic.
Earlier in his career, Girot gained international infrastructure experience, including the launch of the expansion of Santiago de Chile Airport, and held leadership positions within France’s Ministries of Energy and Transport.
A civil engineer, he is a graduate of École Polytechnique and École des Ponts et Chaussées and holds an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs.
As CEO of AERODOM, his priorities include further enhancing the passenger experience, maintaining the highest operational standards, ensuring strict compliance with the concession agreement, and overseeing the development of SDQ’s new Terminal 2, a transformative investment of more than US$400 million scheduled for completion in the second half of 2028.
