Airport Service Quality (ASQ) is the world’s leading provider of airport service quality assessment. ASQ provides objective measurements to help airports identify solutions to enhance the passenger experience, improve service offerings and increase non-aeronautical revenues.
With nearly 400 participating airports in 95 countries, ASQ offers a survey program to measure passenger satisfaction in its different versions: Departures, Arrivals, Commercial among others.
As part of the program, participating airports are eligible for the ASQ awards that highlight the airports that offer the best experience in the opinion of their own passengers through departures and arrivals surveys. The ASQ awards are the highest recognition given to airport operators worldwide for the quality of airport services they provide.
