Panama, 10 March, 2025 – Airports Council International Latin America and the Caribbean (ACI-LAC) is proud to announce notable improvements in passenger satisfaction across the region, as highlighted in the recently released ACI ASQ Barometer Annual 2024.
According to the report, Latin America and the Caribbean ranked as the third region globally in terms of passenger satisfaction improvement, showing a rise from 4.19 in 2023 to 4.23 in 2024. This achievement reflects the region's ongoing dedication to elevating the overall travel experience.
“Latin America and the Caribbean airports have shown resilience and dedication in adapting to post-pandemic demands,” said Dr. Rafael Echevarne, General Director at ACI-LAC. “Our region is committed to meeting evolving passenger expectations, especially in areas like convenience, well-being, and sustainability.”
The ASQ Programme, known for its commitment to a rigorous methodology, is unique in the aviation industry. It conducts live research through surveys administered directly to travelers, capturing satisfaction levels across over 30 performance indicators.
