

ACI-LAC Young Airport Professional Award
The aviation industry is constantly evolving and has gone through several unprecedent changes over the years. Most of the time the gained experience can help airports to face the new challenges, nevertheless, airports need innovative ideas to sustain the business in this difficult operating environment and meet with the future challenges. Many of these innovative ideas might come from the younger generations of airport professionals.
ACI-LAC Young Airport Professional Award aims to honour and recognize the young and outstanding talent in the Latin American and Caribbean region.
Airport Professionals, at or under 35 years old, currently working at any ACI-LAC Member airport with a minimum of two-year of working experience in the industry, are invited to participate in this regional initiative.
Upon endorsement of their senior management, the young airport Professionals must submit a research paper on the selected topic of airport management, for a panel of judges to review and evaluate.

Upon endorsement by their Airport CEO, the young airport Professionals will submit a research paper on the selected topic of airport management, for a panel of judges to review.The candidate should be able to provide insightful and structural analysis with detailed observations and extensive research on the issue, demostrate creativity and innovation to possible solutions, and show vision towards the future aviation industry.
